1. Acceptance

By using ScamRadar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

You may use ScamRadar to check identifiers against our database for personal or business due-diligence purposes. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the database in bulk without a written agreement. Programmatic access is provided under the API terms (coming soon).

3. Content and listings

Listings aggregate third-party public data and user reports. They represent appearances in those sources, not findings by ScamRadar. See our Disclaimer.

4. Limitation of liability

ScamRadar is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the service.

5. User-submitted content

By submitting a report, description, image or other content, you grant ScamRadar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce and display that content as part of the review and publication process. You warrant that the content is lawful, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or privacy. If your content is unlawful or infringing, you agree to indemnify ScamRadar against resulting claims.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here.
