What we collect

• Search queries: We do not store the identifiers you search for in connection with your identity. Standard, anonymized server logs may be retained for security and rate-limiting purposes.
• Appeals: If you submit an appeal, we process the contact details and evidence you provide solely to handle your request.
• Reports: If you file a report, we process the identifier, description, evidence files and optional contact email you provide, in order to review and publish the listing. We also record the submitter's IP address solely to prevent abuse (rate-limiting); it is not published.
• Feedback: If you send feedback via the feedback form, we process the feedback type, message and optional contact email, and store the submitter's IP address solely to prevent abuse. Feedback is visible only to ScamRadar moderators.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not publish personal data submitted by reporting parties.
• We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie (up to 7 days, keeps you signed in) and a language-preference cookie (1 year). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
